Coalition of Concerned Legal Professionals (CCLP) is an all-volunteer, non-government funded membership association lighting for meaningtul legal recourse for working people. Volunteer attorneys provide legal education and advice, assisted by lavolunteers, who advocate for members of organizations of low-income workers and others who have united to fight to resolve the systemic problems that lead to poverty.
Through CCLP you can play an important role in this fight. No prior experience is necessary: we provide
"on-the-job training in all aspects of organizing. Learn how to conduct Know Your Law, Legal Advice and advocacy sessions on subjects including Police Stops, Employment Problems, Mortgage Foreclosures and Debt, and more; learn how to do public speaking and how to write or design publications to promulgate these efforts. Sign up for classes on organizing methods as well as legal and labor history as a guide tc understanding the source of today's problems and how to solve them.
